crackdown against steeling bicycles

There are so many thefts of bicycles in Tokyo that we cannot put our bicycles without double locking.

Therefore, police lay out many patrolman for checking.

First, they hail and stop me.
Then ask my name and check the registration number of my bicycle.
Next, using radio communication, they certify that the number coincide with the database in police.
Certification finishing, they say "Thank you!! You may go!!!!"

I've been stopped by them three times in one night!

Though that's necessary for deterrent, that's too much!
